4 weeks – 4 months
E – 7:00am
A – 7:45am
S – 8:15am
Y – 8:30am
E – 10:00am
A – 10:45am
S – 11:15am
Y – 11:30am
E – 1:00pm
A – 1:45pm
S – 2:15pm
Y – 2:30pm
E – 4:00pm
A – 4:45pm
S – 5:15pm
Y – 5:30pm
E – 6:00pm
A – 7:00pm
S – 7:15pm
Y – 7:30pm
E – 8:00
A – None (You are just trying to feed baby at this time so that they can have enough food to enable sleeping through the night)

Y (Dream Feed at 10-11pm)
 4-9Mths
E – 7:00am
A – 7:30am
S – 9:00am
Y – 1-2 hr nap so your time
E – 11:00am
A – 11:30am
S – 1:00pm
Y – 1-2 hr nap so your time
E – 3:00pm
A – 3:30pm
S – 5pm (short nap)
Y – (prep dinner)
E – 7:00pm
A – Bath time
S – 7:30pm
Y – You time until 11pm dream feed (until 7 or 8 months whenever solids are firmly established)
