The countdown is on to back to school here and this mummy is busy trying to sort through school shoes whilst preparing for the last week of home schooling. To say I am relieved about them heading back to school is an understatement. I will miss them but I won’t miss home schooling. It is 100% not for me. So I was just a little bit happy when the announcement came that they would return soon…
My post this week is all about one of the things I am looking forward to being able to do once the kids are through those school gates… Baking Bread. This time it is Foccacia and it is much easier than you might think.

There are a few rules though….
